Our programs help you achieve your fitness goals and plan out what you need to without the need of a personal trainer.

  • $40 per program which includes initial consultation and continual feedback via email (movements, cues, etc.)

  • Adjustments to programs are acceptable

  • Full program rewrites are an additional $40.
